EMNOC Cement division specializes in the management and installation of concrete flatworks for home builders, homeowners and commercial builders. Our team of professionals coordinate each step of the process so our clients have more time to deal with other areas of the build.

- Damp Proofing / Water Proofing: Tar foundation spray, Watchdog, Delta wrap among other options are available.
- Rigid Insulation: Under-slab and vertical EPS or XPS insulation is available in a wide range of options to meet your needs and code requirements.
- Window Wells: Available in various sizes, custom colored powder coating available as well.
- Basement Gravel and Pour: We will arrange to install drainage gravel, interior weeping tile, radon rough-in, rebar, vapor barrier and underslab insulation to spec. Once prep is complete, we will communicate with your team to proceed with the pour.
- Concrete Sealing: Exposed aggregate and pattern stamped concrete should be sealed every 1-3 years to protect your investment. Our cement division can make your concrete look like new again.
- Driveways/Sidewalks/Patios/Detached Pads: Broom, float, exposed aggregate and pattern stamped finishes are available in standard and colored options.
- Steel Support Brackets: Our engineered steel support brackets provide stability for your concrete project.
